Galvanic growth

(liga technique)

This technique enables us to selectively grow pure Nickel on a substrate. The resulting shapes are highly adhesive to substrates, and can be finished in a variety of ways (polished, sandblasted, bead-blasted, etc.) and colored (PVD or electroplated).

INNOVATION AND UNIQUENESS
  • Relief structure up to 200 µm
  • Various finishes (polished, sandblasted, satin)
  • Precision and finesse (form factors up to 2/1)
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
  • Dials (index, texts, logo, decors, )
  • Mass decoration in precious, copper or heavy metals
HIGHLIGHTS
  • Precision
  • Flexible implementation
  • Complexity "at no extra cost
OTHER FEATURES
  • Minimum resolution from 30 to 70 µm,
form factor from 1 to 2
  • 5N - 3 N Gold, White Gold, Chrome, or Varnish coating
  • Accuracy +/- 20 µm maximum
