Created in 2008 with the idea of using micro and nanotechnology techniques in particular, GB Microfab has integrated the main industrial resources to carry out its activity.

- Laser machining (engraving, cutting, drilling)
- Selective metallization (photolithography and PVD Gold, Chrome, Titanium, Copper...)
- Galvanic growth (liga)
- Gluing
- Varnish application
- Sandblasting and bead-blasting

This high level of technical integration enables us to carry out complex projects, and we have developed specific know-how in the use of these technologies on :

- transparent materials (sapphire, glass, quartz, Zero-hard...)
- materials specific to luxury (aventurine, grand feu enamel, precious metals, mother-of-pearl, etc.)
- special materials (ceramics, carbon, silicon, germanium, etc.)

We can act as a specialized subcontractor from a single operation to the complete production of a product, from a single part to several thousand products.

The combination of these technologies and the dexterity of our team enables us to carry out R&D projects as well as build solid industrial solutions, if necessary by calling on our network of partners.

The entire GB Microfab team is at your disposal for :

- support you in the design phase, to make the most of the innovative potential of these technologies and know-how,
- to provide you with a fast service, especially when it comes to prototypes and special production runs.

We work mainly in the watchmaking sector (dials, moon-phase disks, indicator disks, case backs, oscillating weights, bridges, .... ), and microtechnology (optics, medical, etc.).
