Reporting to a production unit manager, this position involves carrying out sapphire metallization operations on a semi-automatic PVD machine and checking the sapphires.
Your profile:
- You are used to operating automatic or semi-automatic machines,
- You have experience in inspection, if possible of transparent materials (glass, sapphire, ....).
- You have good manual dexterity (handling with tweezers, gloves, etc.) and very good visual acuity (checking by eye, microscope or binocular).
- You are careful and rigorous
- You're a team player with good communication skills.
- Experience in the sapphire, glass, optics or PVD industry is a plus.
Your future activity will involve :
- Part of sapphire incoming inspection
- Perform sapphire preparation operations (workshop entry inspection, final cleaning, machine loading)
- Control semi-automatic cycles (following a pre-established protocol)
- Unload machines at end of cycle
- Perform aesthetic inspection
- Follow a daily production schedule
- Ensure target changes and machine cleaning.
