Reporting to a production unit manager, this position involves carrying out galvanic growth (LIGA process), washing and chemical etching operations.
Your profile:
- You have experience in electroplating or washing small parts, if possible in non-metallic materials (glass, sapphire, ceramics, ....).
- You have good manual dexterity (handling tweezers, gloves, etc.) and good visual acuity.
- You are careful and rigorous
- You're a team player with good communication skills.
- Experience in the sapphire, glass or optics industry, or experience in handling chemicals is a plus.
Your future activity will involve :
- Carry out washing operations in a semi-automatic process (basketing and ultra-sonic multi-bath cycle) or manual operations
- Perform chemical etching operations
- Carry out galvanic growth operations (tooling set-up, surface activation, cycle start-up, bath exit, etc.).
- Check your work (surfaces, cleanliness, etc.)
- Follow a daily production schedule
- Perform 1st level maintenance on equipment
